General Script for Weekly Net
WEDNESDAY NET OPENING
This is (your call sign) of the Delaware-Lehigh Amateur Radio Club, calling to order the
Emergency Services Net for Northampton County. This is a weekly drill for those who
are active in, or wish to become active in, our Club’s ARES and RACES activities. This
net meets each Wednesday at 1900 hours local time on repeater W3OK – 51.760,
146.700 and 444.900. In case of repeater failure or interference, turn to 147.135 (DCS –
Digital Coded Squelch – 315), that is the W3OI repeater.
All stations are welcome to participate. Anyone with urgent or priority traffic may break
in at any time. Net participants may only check in themselves. At the conclusion of roll
call, we will stand by for any late-comers or newcomers to the net.
